The site allows users to pay their bill using a credit card or electronic debit of their bank account. Users also have the option to setup automatic payments that will pay your bill on a specific date of each month automatically. This is a voluntary action and customers can elect to pay manually every month or use the auto pay feature.
Users can also sign up for e-billing that will send an email to your inbox when your water bill is available for viewing. This option eliminates the need to receive a paper billing statement in the mail each month and customers can instead rely on viewing their billing statement online when it’s ready.
